Why did you go into personal training?
After a long time of not feeling I belonged in the gym, I fell in live with working out at the beginning of covid and the mental and physical health benefits it brings.
You're so young compared to other trainers, why choose you over someone else?
I take safety very seriously. As a swim instructor, I've taught groups of rowdy kids safely for years. I'm also CPR C and First Aid trained at a level that I can teach basic first aid. Additionally, I've been meticulously taught about rehabilitation by my type-A mother
How do I know I won't get hurt?
My goal is to help people avoid the same mistakes I made at the beginning of my journey, and help people of all ages, body types, and abilities, find a way to love working out.
What tools do. you have for exercise
I have resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and meticulous knowledge.
